Spin Classes
Beginner’s Spin Orientation
This introductory class provides detailed information on bike set-up, pace, proper cadence and tension, and other key concepts to help participants get the best out of a spin class.
Level I Spin
You know the rules… now let’s get going. 50 minute class for the beginner to the experienced. The emphasis is on providing a fun and effective workout. Warm up, Spin, cool down and stretch.
1000+ Calorie Burn Spin
You're reading that right. Burn at least 1000 Calories in this and other specialty classes like it (1500 Calorie Burn Spins!) by gaining mental focus, getting motivated, and pushing yourself into pure Spin Utopia.
Spin and Strength
A mixture of everything that is right in the world... Spinning and full body weight training rolled into one. Spin for 40 minutes followed by a structured 20 minute weight routine. (Not as intense as Spin Bootcamp or The Gun Show, this is a perfect class to get lean and toned!)
Tri Curious
Ever thought about doing a triathlon? See what you’re in store for with this 45 minute Spin followed by a 30 minute run. (We call it the Brick workout). This class focuses on increasing endurance and speed, and includes both interval and anaerobic training, all in a non-competitive environment. Class will start in the spin studio in Evanston and then move outdoors when weather permits.
The Gun Show
High Intensity Spin. Upper body Weight training all on the bike to the beat of the music. Repeat – and burn more than 1000 calories in 60 minutes.
Train Like an Athlete
This 75 minute ride will explore all types of riding, including a 12 - 15 minute warmup, followed by a stretch before entering into sets of steady-state tempo riding. Once you get through the training, you get to use it in a high intensity Spin. This ride bridges the gap between the road ride and the classroom Spin.
Themed Spin Bootcamp
Push yourself to your limit with this 90 minute class that incorporates Advanced Interval Spin, weight lifting, body weight plyometrics, and intense core work. When you start to resemble a Greek god or goddess statue in a few weeks, you can thank us. We'll burn well over 1300 calories in this one... and the themes couldn't be any better or more fun! (Bon Jovi vs. GNR, Prince vs. Michael Jackson, Coldplay vs. U2, East Coast vs. West Coast, 80's vs. 90's, EMINEM and on and on and on...)
Endurance Training Ride
Saddle up! An hour and half ride covering several hills at a steady cadence made to drastically increase your endurance, blood flow, and riding strength.
Hillacious
Think you're tough? Love to challenge yourself? Here's your chance to prove it. A one and a half hour ride that includes a 15 minute warmup, a 15 minute cooldown, and straight 60 minute climb in between. So challenging we only offer it once a month!
Spin and Core
Hit your body hard by Cycling hard for 2 different sets, and doing a choreographed core and abdominal routine in the middle. 6 minute abs don't really happen, but 60 minute abs do. If you get mistaken for a lingerie model soon, call us to thank us.
Spartan Spin
A 30 minute High Intensity Interval Spin. Running. 20 minutes of some serious circuit training including Cross Fit, Plyometrics, Box Jump, and TRX. Some more running. And 60 minutes later, while standing on your volition, you'll know you completed the most intense Spin workout known to man, woman or child.
Group Exercise Classes

Come raise your overall fitness level and burn up to 1000 calories in less than an hour. It's a class for everyone with a moderate fitness level - so get in and give it a go!
Restorative Yoga
A relaxing yoga class with an emphasis on releasing muscle tension and loosening up fascia. (You know, all those muscles that are screaming at you after a killer Spin Bootcamp class). Very mellow and soothing.
Yoga for Athletes
Yoga geared at providing more flexibility for the athlete in both upper and lower areas of the body. We'll even do a bit of a hybrid of yoga and weights for strength. An incredibly fun and high energy workout - come ready to sweat.
Vinyasa Yoga
Yoga for all levels. All well rounded 60 minute class that covers the basics but also gets into some of the more challenging postures. It's a great place to start if you're a beginner, or to build on your alignment if you're more advanced.
Zumba
Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
Pilates
You'll gain core strength, flatten and tighten abdominals, increase overall flexibility, streamline their body shape, improve posture, reduce stress and coordinate breathing with Revolution Spin's Pilates Mat Class. Create a balanced body while invigorating your mind and elevating your spirit.
Pilates for Athletes
Pilates for the athlete in all of us. Traditional mat exercises and athletic stretches, combined with light weight training, help create a flexible, strong, balanced body, necessary for those hard training days. Pilates strength will help transfer more power to the pedals by providing a solid platform for the lower body to push against. A deeper core to stabilize you as you ride further, protect your lower back and learn how to relax your shoulders. Postural awareness on and off the bike is an added bonus!
