An Indirect Method to Help Prevent Acne

Acne can be attributed to factors such as change in hormone levels, types of medication, diet, hereditary, and stress. The most common type of acne is termed acne vulgaris, which means common acne. Today we will focus on reducing stress by exercise as a home acne remedy.

Exercise not only makes you feel and look better but it will also reduce the production of stress hormones in the body. Running, jogging, working out with weights helps build muscle and fights against disease but can also help manage stress more effectively.

Here is an effective easy to follow work out to help prevent stress and acne:

Monday: weights (work the biceps and triceps)
Tuesday: cardio (running, walking, swimming)
Wednesday: weights (work the shoulders and back)
Thursday: cardio (running, walking, swimming)
Friday: weights (work the chest and legs)
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

Alternately use this exercise plan for a more advance workout:

Monday: weights (chest, biceps, triceps)
Tuesday: weights (shoulder, back, legs)
Wednesday: cardio
Thursday: weights (chest, biceps, triceps)
Friday: weights (shoulder, back, legs)
Saturday: cardio
Sunday: rest
